Is your child looking for more out of soccer? Do they desire more competition? RASA’s AFC Union Soccer Club (Union) has the solution for you!
 
The AFC Union Academy program for U8, U9, & U10 players is designed to support and guide those players who wish to make the transition from recreational soccer to competitive soccer. This program is geared to the more athletically motivated recreational player who is looking to take the next step in soccer. Players with a strong desire to increase their technical skills while also learning more about the game will benefit greatly from Union’s Academy environment.
 
The most important aspect of Union’s Academy Program is training. Technical and small-sided-tactical training is provided 2 times per week by our professional staff. Challenging training sessions conducted by the Academy staff are the key ingredient in the personal development of the players. Training activities are devised to help each player improve technically (skills), tactically (decision making), physically (fitness), and psychologically (mental toughness). The Academy’s focus is on the complete development of each player.
 
AFC Union is a member of and participates in the WYSA Youth Academy program. Game play will take place in Southeast Wisconsin, with travel generally limited to the greater Milwaukee/Kenosha/Racine areas. The U8 division will participate in some WYSA Youth Academy games with some travel, as well as participate in in-house games at SCORe or UW-Parkside. The AFC Union Academy teams will also participate in a minimum of two tournaments. Game play for Academy teams will take place in southeast Wisconsin, with travel generally limited to the greater Milwaukee/Kenosha/Racine area.

• Fall Season
  • August through end of October
• Spring Season
  • Mid/End of April through beginning of June
• Practice 2x a week
• Participate in the WYSA Accredited Youth Academy Program
  • U8 will participate in WYSA Youth Academy & In-House League  
• 3 Tournaments
• Winter Training (10 sessions)
• Winter League (U9 and U10 only. U8 is an additional cost)
• Experienced coaches (minimum E license for U8/9/10)
• 1 AFC Union Training Shirt

*Club Fee does not include cost of uniform / Purchase of uniform. 
Required Uniform Kit (2 Jerseys, 2 Short, 2 Sock) is approximately $110. Purchases of adult sizes will increase cost.

AFC Union's U8-U10 Academy Program is an Open Registration Program. There are no tryouts! Any player that has the desire and love of the game and wants to participate in the AFC Union Academy program is welcome to join!
