With the ever-changing landscape of the COVID-19 pandemic and the recommendations from the WYSA and US Soccer, we have made the decision to not hold the Rick Kilps Classic the weekend of April 25th & 26th. 

We will be rescheduling the 2020 Rick Kilps Classic for June 6th & 7th. We will be combining the Rick Kilps Classic with an existing WYSA sanctioned event, AFC Union SCORe Some More Academy Showcase, that is scheduled for that weekend. The "new" 2020 Rick Kilps Classic will now include the age divisions U7 through U10, to be a U7-U19 Event.**

We will leave registrations for the 2020 Rick Kilps Classic as is for 96 hours (through 7am Tuesday March 24th). 

  • Please inform us via email by 7am March 24th if you wish to keep your team's registration for the new Rick Kilps Date of June 6th & 7th
  • If we do not receive contact from you regarding your team, we will delete your team's registration on Tuesday, March 24th and make any necessary refunds. 

**Please note, for clubs that generally attend the SCORe Some More Academy Showcase. U7-U10 ages will no longer be playing in the "play up" model as in past SCORe Some More Academy events, but rather will play their true age division format. It will be a two-day tournament for those ages. Additionally, the registration fees for U7-U10 will increase by $10 from what is currently published for the 2020 SCORe Some More Academy Showcase.

TournamenT Check-in Information

All teams - U7 through U19 - must have their team documents uploaded into SportsForms by MAY 22nd

All Teams - U7 through U19 - must check in at least 1 hour prior to their first game of the tournament to have their player cards banded.

Only player listed on their tournament roster (players entered/listed in SportsForms) will be banded and permitted to play.

6pm to 9pm in the Player Center (building the houses Concessions)

PLEASE NOTE: Teams that fail to check-in at registration to have their player cards banded, or who have players play whose cards are not banded will result in an automatic forfeiture of the game.

Rick Kilps Classic is Stay to Save

The Rick Kilps Classic is a Stay to Save Tournament, ensuring visiting out of area teams received the lowest rates, tournament cancelation insurance on their hotel rooms should mother nature strike, and great customer service when blocking their hotel rooms. 

Teams traveling from a distance of 80 miles or more from SCORe Soccer complex are required to book their hotels through THS.

Purchase of $10 permit is good for the entire weekend. Please keep and display on your dashboard. 


Dogs are not permitted on SCORe Grounds.
We are all dog lovers, but please leave the pooch at home. 



With the recent coronavirus pandemic, we are closely monitoring the situation and developing multiple contingency plans for the upcoming 2020 Rick Kilps Classic. 

We are currently in contact with the WYSA and US Soccer in regard to any decisions that may have any direct impact on the tournament. 

Concessions food handling and equipment sterilization which has always exceeded county health department standards, will be reevaluated and additional precautions will be implemented.

Public area (restrooms and port-a-johns) cleaning/sterilization and frequency will be re-evaluated, in addition to the adding of additional sanitation stations. 

The current situation is very fluid and we are adjusting our contingency plans as new information becomes available. We will post significant updates, if any, over the coming days and weeks.
