Financial Obligation

Player/Family is financially responsible for their player's club fees and obligated to pay their club fees once the player/family has accepted their offer with AFC Union and has completed the registration with AFC Union. 

COVID REFUND POLICY 2020-2021

Refunds of AFC Union club fees will be assessed and issued accordingly only if the soccer seasons and/or winter training seasons are canceled or limited by the WYSA (Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association).

Any non-covid related refunds will be governed by the club's general refund/non-refund policy.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

AFC Union Club fees and commitments are non-refundable, except under extenuating circumstances AS defined below:


EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES:

  1. Player/Family moves outside of travelable distances
    • refund will be assessed accordingly
  2. Player sustains season-ending injury or illness
    • credit or refund, depending on circumstance, will be assessed. Credit applied to players account towards future club fees for up to one year from designated date​​​​​​​
