We hope you are all doing well during these uncertain times. We are thinking of our beloved players and their families often and want you to know that we pledge to be a continued resource to you all. Please remember that we are always just an email, phone call, or text, away and we hope to work together to overcome these challenges ultimately brings us all closer together.

A few things we know to be helpful in these times are the importance of family and loved ones, keeping a consistent schedule of activities, and remaining positive in the face of adversity. We know everyone is adjusting to a NEW routine at home and will be offering some suggestions for training that your children can work on whether in the basement, in the garage, or on the sidewalk.

We will be working over the next few days to outline a suggested daily training routine, as well as weekly objectives for your child to aim for. Below you will find a general outline of #quarantraining plans for each age group that should be followed. This is a new experience for everyone so please send feedback and questions over at any time.  Please also reach out to your coaches directly for more guidance on any specifics they would like your child to be working on.
