OUR GOAL:

Prepare players to compete at the highest level and advance to college soccer and beyond. 

PLAYER FEES:

Fees for the 2026/2027 Season:

  • U15-U18 National 1 League - $1,395 (formerly Midwest Conference - MWC)
  • U15-U18 Premier - $1,295
  • U15-U18 Select - $ 1,095


Included in Player Fees:

  • Fall Season (August-October) & Spring Season (April-June)
  • Home Match and Training at the SCORe Soccer Complex in Franksville
  • Other Locations may be utilized during the season
  • N1 League* & Premier - 3 Trainings per week
  • Select - 2 Trainings per week
  • Goalkeeper Training provided by WB33 Goalkeeping
  • Winter Training (8-10 Sessions)
  • AFC Training Shirt
  • Experienced AFC Coach (minimum E license, many at or working towards a D license)
  • College Support - support and guidance for players looking to play at the next level
  • Includes opportunity to attend presentations with local college coaches


Competitions/Tournaments/Additional Leagues

  • N1 League* & Premier - 3 Competitions/Tournaments
  • Includes ID/Showcase Event when applicable
  • Select - 2 Competitions/Tournaments

  • Cup Participation may count as a club-provided tournament based on acceptance
  • Participating in a second league may count towards competition/tournaments
  • Teams may choose to participate in additional "Team-Paid" competitions/tournaments if approved by DOC
  • Coach Travel Expense for "travel" tournaments is not included in player fees.  This will be an additional charge.


*National 1 League (N1 League) - Formerly referred to as NewComp, this new competition is the result of bringing together US Club Soccer's National Premier League and US Youth Soccer's National League, beginning with the 2026-27 season.  The new league ushers in an era of collaboration in youth soccer that benefits players and families across the country.


VOLUNTEER FEES:

AFC Union families are required to provide 6 hours of volunteer service per player as part of their commitment to AFC Union.  A one-time, volunteer fee of $150 will be charged for each player* at registration.  The volunteer fee ($150) will be refunded to families once they complete all 6 hours of volunteer service.  As a non-profit organization, volunteer service is essential to the long-term success of the club.


Service hours can be fulfilled working any of our events:

  • Rick Kilps Classic Tournament in June
  • Racine Lighthouse Classic Tournament in October
  • Harvest Classic Tournament in November
  • AFC/RASA Fundraising Events
  • Tryouts
  • Any additional events hosted by AFC Union or held at SCORe


*families with more than 2 players in AFC Union only need to complete a total of 12 service hours. For example, if a family has 5 children playing in AFC Union, they only need to complete service hours for 2 children for a total of 12 service hours. 


SCHOLARSHIPS / FINANCIAL AID

AFC Union believes that every player should be able to play, regardless of the family's financial situation.  For the families that qualify for financial aid, we work individually with the family to find a plan that best works for them. 


When accepting /committing to AFC Union,
PlayMetrics* provides several payment plan options.  If you plan to apply for Financial Aid in addition to the PlayMetrics payment plan options, you will need to notify the AFC Union Club Administrator or the Boys/Girls Directors.


AFC Union will provide a financial aid application upon request. We may contact you for more information and documentation to help us determine the best financial package for your family.
